Every item we sell is backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, call 1-888-600-8457 during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm). Please see below for details, rules and restrictions.

- Use a copy of your sales receipt as a packing slip.
- Be sure to indicate your preference for an exchange or refund.
FurnitureBuzz.com offers an exchange or refund for the full purchase amount of items returned within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. After 60 days, we offer an exchange or store credit in the amount of the current selling price.
Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt. The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Gift certificates cannot be refunded.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
- Most refunds are processed within a day or two of receipt.
* For merchandise returns that have not been shipped prepaid, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
