Just wanted to tell you how glad I am that I was able to place my furniture order from you on your web site. I went to a store in Naugatuck, Conn. They qouted me $450.00 plus tax for the same item that I just purchased from you on your web site for $339. They also told me that it would take at least 4 to 6 weeks for delivery--you told me 15 days. I am very disappointed in them because I had heard such good things about them. Just a thank you for the good service provided on our recent order. The communication regarding our delivery needs was quick and helpful. The truck driver also contacted us in advance and the delivery came as promised. Though a couple boxes were a little crunched, the inside packaging was adequate to prevent any shipping damage. We have the computer desk and bookcases assembled. I did almost all of it myself and found the following to be true: All directions were very clear and easy to follow, parts matched together very well and were easy to identify, nothing was damaged and the overall quality is quite good for the price. The product looks just like the photos and the dimensions are accurate. We are very happy with the storage and appearance. The only concern I have is the plastic parts used for the sliding door but so far they are working well.

Recently, I had the opportunity to place an order with FurnitureBuzz for 2 small 4-drawer chests by Powell; at the same time I ordered a matching item from E*********F********.com. I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about my experience.
Both orders were originally placed and shipped at the same time. Unfortunately, when both shipments reached Montgomery, Alabama, FedEx failed to notify us that they had them and were trying to deliver them. Both orders were returned to the manufacturer.
When we realized what had happened, I contacted FurnitureBuzz and E*********F********. Once I explained what had happened, your representative, Christopher, immediately took action. He not only made contact with Powell to order replacements, but was instrumental in having the shipment sent out immediately.
My husband and I probably do 75% of our shopping online thru companies such as yours. I can state unequivocally, we will continue to do business with FurnitureBuzz.com. After ensuring that I received my delivery, Christopher also helped me by giving me additional information regarding other pieces of Powell Furniture that match the two pieces I now have in my home.
Just to compare your company's customer service, my trials with E*********F********.com have been a complete disaster. As I stated earlier, I contacted them on the same day I first talked with Christopher. To date, I still don't have anything resolved with that company. They have never contacted me -- I have always had to hound them to get them to take any action at all. For several days now, I have been attempting to get a confirmation from them that they have cancelled my order and credited my account -- I'm sure it will take several more phone calls to get the issue resolved. I work way too hard for my money to be treated so shabbily.
I just wanted you to know how very pleased I am with my experience with FurnitureBuzz and I certainly plan on doing business with you in the future. I can't state strongly enough, that although my bad experience with E*********F********.com certainly had a bearing on my choosing to do my business with FurnitureBuzz rather than them, Christopher is probably the driving force behind my choice. These were very special pieces that I had ordered for my new home and Christopher made me feel like nothing was more important to him than seeing that I received my order.
