WARRANTYAmerican Drew products are warranted to the original purchasers from authorized American Drew dealers for factory-relateddefects (materials and workmanship) that appear under normal household use for a period of one year from the date of shipmentfrom our factory. Please report any concerns you may have with your furniture within this time frame to your retailer. Thiswarranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, or substitution of product, in American Drew's sole discretion.THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIEDWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AMERICAN DREW WILL NOT BELIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAS REASON TOKNOW IN ADVANCE THAT THEY ARE POSSIBLE. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may have otherrights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, sothe above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In the event the warranty exclusions do not apply to you, then, wherelegally permissible, such implied warranties are limited in duration to the stated warranty period and no warranties apply afterthat period. In circumstances in which the warranties provided herein do not apply, the products involved are, where legallypermissible, still subject to the above disclaimer of implied warranties and the above limitation of damages.
