La-z-Boy Kidz products are warranted to the original purchasers from authorized La-z-Boy Kidz dealers for factory-related (materials and workmanship) that appear under normal household use for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our factory. Please report any concerns you may have with your furniture within this time frame to your retailer. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, or substitution of product, in La-z-Boy Kidz' sole discretion. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LA-Z-BOY KIDZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAS REASON TO KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT THEY ARE POSSIBLE. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In the event the warranty exclusions do not apply to you, then, where legally permissible, such implied warranties are limited in duration to the stated warranty period and no warranties apply after that period. In circumstances in which the warranties provided herein do not apply, the products involved are, where legally permissible, still subject to the above disclaimer of implied warranties and the above limitation of damages. La-z-Boy Kidz does not authorize anyone, including its dealers, to create for it any other warranty, obligations or liability in connection with its products.

At FurnitureBuzz, we know that our customers expect our furniture to be priced lower than any of our competitors. We will not be undersold. If you've seen a lower advertised price from another store with the same item in stock, we want to know about it. Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference.<sup>*

  • Be new (not open box or a display model) and in its factory sealed carton.
  • Be in stock with the discount price currently advertised (at the time FurnitureBuzz checks the price).
  • Not be a closeout or clearance item.
• Price matching applies to la-z-boykidz brand furniture only and does not apply to other brands of furniture sold at FurnitureBuzz
• The price considered will be the "landed" price (including shipping charges, taxes, etc).
