Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy.

Every item we sell is backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; send it directly to FurnitureBuzz.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise
We take every precaution to properly prepare your furniture for transit.  To help prevent damage, our shipping department will often times double-box your furniture.  This is in addition to the factory's already tough packaging.  We do not assess additional charges for double boxing.  Double-Boxing is one way we try to satisfy you by ensuring your furniture reaches it's destination unharmed.  In some cases even our best efforts are unsuccessful and your furniture arrives damaged.  This is usually due to the rigorous conditions that the packages go through during the hundreds and sometimes thousands of miles of transit.

Minor Damage
If your item suffers minor damage in transit, please know that replacement parts will be sent to you free of charge (including shipping).  We have carefully screened all our manufacturers to ensure they provide helpful assistance in identifying damaged or missing parts and provide a toll-free number for this service.  Consequently, the most efficient method for ordering additional parts is to call the manufacturer directly.  The manufacturer's toll-free number is located in the assembly instructions booklet.

Severe Damage
If the damage to your furniture is severe, refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.  Please contact FurnitureBuzz to inform us of the refusal.  Once the items are returned to us, we will ship the replacement item(s).  You are not responsible for shipping charges on the second delivery.

Warranty Information

Amisco Warranty

Amisco hereby warrants for a period of ten (10) years, the welding and metal structure of it's products in favor of the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship in normal use under the conditions for which they were intended.

Among other things, this warranty excludes decorative features, mattresses, support panels for mattresses, seats and other accessories. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from commercial or institutional use, from improper use, care or assembly, from unauthorized repair or alteration or from negligence.

Under this warranty, Amisco will, at it's discretion, repair or replace the defective part at no cost except for transportation, handling and shipping costs which will be charged to the purchaser. The replacement parts are included in this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This is a limited warranty, any defect not specifically covered herein is excluded. Where allowed under the law, Amisco disclaims liability for all special, incidental and consequential damages.

All warranty claims must be sent in writing to Amisco together with the original or photocopy of the original purchase receipt. Defective merchandise may not be returned until receipt of Amisco's written authorization and shipping instructions are given. Amisco reserves the right to replace merchandise deemed defective with similar merchandise of same value if original merchandise is no longer available.

Amisco's unique finishes assure you that no two pieces will ever be identical since through these finishings you are able to see details such as welding lines, sanding and other techniques bearing the touch of Amisco's many skilled metal craftsmen. A certain amount of discoloration of the steel in various spots is a natural occurrence in this process and should not be considered a defect.

American Drew

1 Year Warranty

American Drew products are warranted to the original purchasers from authorized American Drew dealers for factory-related defects (materials and workmanship) that appear under normal household use for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our factory. Please report any concerns you may have with your furniture within this time frame to your retailer. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, or substitution of product, in American Drew's sole discretion. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AMERICAN DREW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAS REASON TO KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT THEY ARE POSSIBLE. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In the event the warranty exclusions do not apply to you, then, where legally permissible, such implied warranties are limited in duration to the stated warranty period and no warranties apply after that period. In circumstances in which the warranties provided herein do not apply, the products involved are, where legally permissible, still subject to the above disclaimer of implied warranties and the above limitation of damages. American Drew does not authorize anyone, including its dealers, to create for it any other warranty, obligations or liability in connection with its products.

Berkline Warranty

1 Year Warranty

Berkline Family Dining hereby warrants for a period of one (1) year the overall construction of its products from the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship in normal use under the conditions for which they were intended. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from commercial or institutional use, from improper use, care or assembly, from unauthorized repair, alteration or negligence. Under this warranty, Berkline Family Dining will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts at no cost except for transportation, handling and shipping costs which will be charged to the original purchaser. Included in this warranty are the replacement parts for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This is a limited warranty; any defect not specifically covered herein is excluded. Where allowed under law, Berkline Family Dining disclaims liability for all special, incidental and consequential damages.

Bestar Warranty

Limited 5 Year Warranty

  1. BESTAR products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship as to the furniture components. The word "defects" as used in this warranty refers to any imperfections which impair the use of the product.
  2. This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of furniture components. BESTAR will repair or furnish a replacement component, subject to availability of stock, if the component is deemed defective within the terms of the warranty. Assembly labor is not included.
  3. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, and does not cover defects resulting from negligence, misuse, unreasonable exposure, or if the product has been modified by the purchaser.
  4. BESTAR reserves the right to request proof of purchase as well as other proof to document a warranty claim.
  5. This warranty is not transferable.

Boss Warranty

Norstar Office Products 6 year limited warranty

Norstar Office Products wants you to be happy with our products. When used and maintained properly, they will provide you with years of satisfaction.

Norstar chairs are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for six years from the original date of retail purchase with the following exceptions: Upholstery materials, foam, gas cylinders, wood components, control mechanisms and electronic components. Upholstery materials and foam are warranted against unusual wear or deterioration and gas cylinders, wood components, and controls against structural failure or unusual wear for eighteen months. All electronic components for the massaging units have a 90-day warranty period.

The warranty obligation is limited to the replacement or repair, at Norstar Office Products’ option, of defective parts and components. The warranty of this product is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, or if the customer does not perform the necessary maintenance outline below. The warranty is only rated for the original purchaser of the product and will not be honored if the product is resold. All warranties are for normal usage defined as a forty hour work week by persons weighing two hundred fifty pounds or less. The model B205 is limited to one hundred fifty pounds. Specific limitations are available upon request.

Should any component be found to be defective under normal single shift usage (eight hours a day), that component will be replaced free of charge. In order to get the replacement part, please return the product or part to the dealer from whom it was purchased. The dealer will send the defective part to the manufacturer, freight prepaid. The manufacturer will repair or replace the defective parts and return it to the dealer, freight prepaid. Customers must be responsible for maintenance of this product including assembly, cleaning, and making sure all hardware is securely fastened.

This warranty applies only to the product; the manufacturer is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience or any other special or consequential damages caused by any product defect. This warranty is the only warranty applicable on all Norstar products. All other warranties, expressed or implied prior, are disclaimed.

Bush Warranty

In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your furniture for missing or defective parts immediately after opening the carton. To receive a replacement or missing part under this warranty, call our Consumer Service Department TOLL-FREE 1-800-950-4782. Please have model, part and lot numbers found in the instruction booklet available for your reference. You will also need your sales receipt or other proof of purchase. Replacement part(s) will be shipped to you at no charge with Bush Industries assuming all shipping and handling expense.

All Bush furniture is warranted to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of six years thereafter.

We warrant you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and all its parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. "Defect," as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections which impair the use of the furniture product.

Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. For six years after the date of purchase, Bush Industries will replace any part described on the enclosed Furniture Parts List that is defective in material or workmanship.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly; 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements; and 3) labor or assembly costs.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL BUSH INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please fill out and return your Product Registration Card promptly. Although not required, it will help us to serve you even better in the future.

Canwood Furniture is pleased to offer a Two Year Warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects, whether in material or workmanship, subject to proper household treatment and use. Creative Interiors Warranty

Creative Interiors warrants to you, the original purchaser, that for the stated Warranty Term, Creative Interiors will repair or replace any piece of furniture which is defective in materials or workmanship. You should complete and return such warranty registration form as is provided with your furniture to insure the availability of your warranty rights. If Creative Interiors determines that repair is impractical, you will be furnished a substitute unit of the same or similar color, design, style and quality. You will not be charged for any repair services, delivery costs, or replacement furniture.

If you notice a defect, it is important for you to promptly write Creative Interiors, Highway 460 East, Appomattox, Virginia 24522. After notification, it may be necessary for Creative Interiors to arrange for an inspection of your furniture to determine whether or not a defect exists. These are your exclusive remedies under Creative Interiors' warranty.

Warranty Term
The duration of Creative Interiors' limited Warranty to you is a five year Term from the date of original purchase.

Limitations and Exclusions
While Creative Interiors believes its Warranty is a good one, there are some limits to it. All of the following things reduce Creative Interiors' responsibility under this Warranty.

Implied Warranties
CREATIVE INTERIORS MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  THESE AND ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. By "Implied Warranties" Creative Interiors Means Warranties that the law sometimes implies to have been given by the seller even though they are not set out in writing. (Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation on how long an implied Warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.)

Place of Purchase
This Warranty protects you only when you purchase Creative Interiors Furniture from an Authorized Creative Interiors Retailer in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

Howard Miller Warranty

Two-Year Warranty

This product has been manufactured using only the very finest materials and has been thoroughly tested prior to leaving our manufacturing facility.

Howard Miller warrants to the original consumer/purchaser or recipient that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from date of purchase. Howard Miller's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with a new or renewed product. This warranty does not include damage to product or components resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, climatic/ environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use, freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

HOWARD MILLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLED WARRANTY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND THEREAFTER, THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ON THIS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. O'Sullivan Industries, Inc. warrantees this product to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of ten (10) years thereafter.

We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and all of its parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. "Defects," as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections which impair the use of the furniture or product.

This warranty applies to the chair components exclusive of seat covers.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover: 1) Defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly; 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or exposure to the elements; 3) cosmetic damage; and 4) labor or assembly costs.

Except as provided herein, O'Sullivan Industries, Inc. makes no express warranties, and any implied warranty, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in its duration to the duration of the written limited warranty set forth herein.

Except as provided herein, O'Sullivan Industries, Inc. shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss of damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by use of the product, including, but not limited to, any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

Ten (10) Year Limited Warranty


As the Manufacturer, La-Z-Boy Inc. stands behind our craftsmanship. Subject to the limitations ser forth below. La-Z-Boy Inc. warrants product in this catalog, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods form the date of shipment. We will repair, or at our option, replace defective merchandise, free of charge. These warranties apply only to product manufactured after January 01, 2001.


Office/Lounge Seating:
10 year limited warranty given normal use and proper care during single shift service.

La-Z-Boy Inc.'s limited warranty applies to the following components:
  • Glass reinforced nylon bases and plastic engineered components
  • Metal arms and metal frames
  • Casters
5 year limited warranty given normal use and proper care during single shift service.
  • Metal reclining mechanism
  • Sleeper mechanism
  • Mattress in the sleeper chair and sofa's
  • Seat springs
  • Gas cylinders, wood structural frame components, wood arms and wood bases, and tilt control mechanisms
La-Z-Boy Inc.'s limited warranty does not apply to the following components:
  • Damage caused by a carrier other than La-Z-Boy
  • Customers Own Material
  • La-Z-Boy Seating Textiles
  • Color, grain or texture of wood and other covering materials, due to natural variations over which La-Z-Boy has no control.
No La-Z-Boy warranty on fabric, covers or foam. The wearing quality, durability, color fastness, etc. of the coverings, padding, upholstery or fabrics are not warranted by La-Z-Boy.

La-Z-Boy assumes no responsibility for improper assembly, modifications, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligent use by the purchaser. The product is designed with a weight limitation of 275 pounds.

Notice:
Wood owes it inherent beauty to variations in color, grain, and texture. As a result, there may be minor variations from one piece of furniture to the next even though they are finished at the same time. Exposure to light and the aging process are likely to cause variances. For these reasons, La-Z-Boy Inc. does not guarantee the exact matching of grain, pattern, and color.

The buyer's SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any and all losses or damage resulting from non-conforming goods, or form any other cause, shall be REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT of defective parts, at the election of La-Z-Boy Inc. La-Z-Boy Inc. will not be responsible for replacement of the entire commercial unit, if repair or replacement of defective parts can reasonably render the unit conforming. La-Z-Boy Inc. will not be responsible for damages or injury to person or property.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL LA-Z-BOY INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAD REASON TO ANTICIPATE THEM.

Lucasey Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY

LUCASEY MANUFACTURING CORPORATION MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED except that the goods sold under this agreement shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the user's date of purchase. User assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of the goods, whether used singly or in combination with other goods. Lucasey Manufacturing Corporation neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale or use of the goods sold and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting this limited warranty. Lucasey Manufacturing Corporation will repair or replace defective parts or equipment within one year of the date of purchase, at its option, provided the part or equipment is returned pre-paid to Lucasey Manufacturing Corporation's plant. The repaired or replaced part shall be shipped to the user, FOB Lucasey Manufacturing Corporation's plant. NO allowance for outside labor charges are implied within the terms of this limited warranty. Under no circumstances will Lucasey Manufacturing Corporation be responsible for special, indirect or consequential damages. The remedies set forth in this Limited Warranty are exclusive and the liability of Lucasey Manufacturing Corporation with respect to any contract of sale or anything done in connection therewith, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty or otherwise shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the equipment or part on which such liability is based. Any damage caused by the improper use, operation beyond capacity, substitution of parts or equipment not approved by Lucasey Manufacturing Corporation, improper packaging, failure to observe installation or other instructions, transit, or repair by one other than Lucasey Manufacturing Corporation, will not be covered by and shall void this Limited Warranty. 1-800-LUCASEY.

Mayline Warranty

Mayline Group warrants to the original retail purchaser that Mayline Group labeled products will be free from defects in design, material and workmanship. Mayline Group will repair or replace with comparable product free of charge any product, part or component manufactured after January 1, 2000, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty is valid for as long as the original customer owns and used the product.

Exceptions to this warranty include: Electrical components, which are warranted for ten (10) years. Seating mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, fabric and foam, which are warranted for one (1) year.

This warranty is void if the customer modifies the product, if attachments are made to the product, or if the product is not installed or used in accordance with Mayline Group's installation and application guidelines.

This warranty is the customer's sole remedy for product defect, and no other express or implied warranty is provided. Mayline Group shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.

All O'Sullivan Industries, Inc. products are warranted to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of five (5) years thereafter.

We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and all of its parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. "Defects," as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections which impair the use of the furniture or product.

Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. For five (5) years after the date of purchase, O'Sullivan Industries, Inc. will replace any part described on the enclosed Furniture Parts List that is defective in material or workmanship.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly; 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements;   3) cosmetic damage; and 4) labor or assembly costs.

Except as provided herein, O'Sullivan Industries, Inc. makes no express warranties, and any implied warranty, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in its duration to the duration of the written limited warranty set forth herein.

Except as provided herein, O'Sullivan Industries, Inc. shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss of damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by use of the product, including, but not limited to, any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

OFM Chairs Warranty

OFM, Inc. hereby warrants that the products distributed by it shall be free of all defects in original material and workmanship under normal use in standard office conditions for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase (10 year limited warranty). All fabrics, upholstery materials, and gas lifts are warranted for two (2) years. All structural parts, such as arms, base, mechanisms and casters shall be warranted for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

Within the specified periods of this warranty, OFM, INC. agrees upon the company's option, to repair or replace at no further cost to the buyer any portion of the subject products which prove to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that the buyer gives written notice within thirty (30) days of all such claim defects and proof of purchase is provided.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from shipment, storage, alteration or misuse of the product, abuse of the product, 24 hour use of the product, and failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. This expressed warranty is exclusive of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty or merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.

OFM, Inc. shall be liable under this warranty only for the cost, or, at its option, the replacement or repair of defective products. All incidental or consequential damages which may arise, including but not limited to, business losses, personal damage and third party liabilities are hereby expressly excluded.

Office Star Warranty

Office Star chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:

  • 5 Years on all non-moving metal parts.
  • 2 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
  • 1 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
  • We cannot warrant leather against routine scratching and scuffing, as all leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal Residential usage by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less. All Manual Chairs plus 244, 299, 304, 306, 374, SC70, SC165, SC247, SC1656 and 5024 have a weight limit of 150 lbs. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product.

Prepac Warranty

Five (5) Year Warranty

PREPAC Manufacturing Ltd. provides a limited 5-year consumer warranty against product defects. If a product proves to be defective in manufacturing, material or workmanship, a similar replacement part will be provided at no charge. This warranty applies only to PREPAC Products purchased from recognized PREPAC retailers and to the original purchaser. It is NOT transferable. The warranty period begins from the date the product was purchased. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components or parts having defects in manufacturing, workmanship or materials. No assembly labor is included. Replacement of parts does not extend this warranty or begin a new warranty period. This warranty does NOT apply to normal wear and tear or to any product that has been improperly assembled, used for purposes other than the intended use, improperly cared for or altered in any way. Warranty service is available by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-877-773-7221 (1-877-PREPAC1). PREPAC will require Proof of Purchase, including the date of purchase as well as the retailer name and order number to process the claim. The 7102, 7105 and 7200 are for persons weighing 350 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a five year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year. All ProLine II and Space chairs meet or exceed ANSI BIFMA standards.

Sauder Office Works Warranty

Limited 10-Year Warranty

Sauder Office Works is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of ten years from the date of purchase against defects in the material or workmanship of furniture components. As used in this Warranty, "defect" means imperfections in components which substantially impair the utility of the product.

Under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair or replace a defective furniture component. As a condition of furnishing a replacement component claimed to be defective, Sauder may require independent confirmation of the claimed defect. Replacement parts will be warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. This Warranty does not cover the cost of assembly or disassembly, transportation, labor, or any other incidental costs involved in the removal of a defective part or the installation of the replacement part.

This Warranty applies under conditions of normal use only. This Warranty does not apply to defects that result from accident, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, fire, flood, alteration or modification of the product, negligence, exposure, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.

This Warranty applies only as long as the product continues to be held for use by the original purchaser. The Warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately invalidated in the event that the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person other than the original purchaser.

This Warranty is given in lieu of all other express warranties, whether oral or written. There are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the warranty duration set forth above. Sauder expressly disclaims and excludes any liability for special, consequential, or incidental damage arising from any defect in the product, breach of any express or implied warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Standard Warranty

One (1) Year Limited Warranty


Standard Furniture Manufacturing hereby warrants for a period of one (1) year the overall construction of its products from the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship in normal use under the conditions for which they were intended. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from commercial or institutional use, from improper use, care or assembly, from unauthorized repair, alteration or negligence. Under this warranty, Standard Furniture Manufacturing will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts at no cost except for transportation, handling and shipping costs which will be charged to the original purchaser. Included in this warranty are the replacement parts for the remainder of the original warranty period.
This is a limited warranty; any defect not specifically covered herein is excluded. Where allowed under law, Standard Furniture Manufacturing disclaims liability for all special, incidental and consequential damages.

Studio RTA Warranty

Ten (10) Year Warranty

Studio RTA warrants to the Original Purchaser that this product will be free from defects in its material and workmanship as described below. The company will repair or replace, at its option, without charge to the original purchaser only, defective products or parts during the following warranty periods.

Ten (10) years or (Thirty days (30) on closeouts and discounted products) while owned by the Original Purchaser... Replacement parts can only be supplied if parts are available. Items out of production may be unavailable.

This warranty shall be effective for the applicable time period beginning from date of purchase as shown on your original sales receipt. This warranty is your sole remedy for product defects and excludes defects due to or arising in connection with product abuse or misuse, use modification of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or installed in accordance with the company's installation, maintenance and/or applicable guidelines.

There are no other warranties, express or implied other than those specifically described, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. The company will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Via Warranty

VIA's Lifetime Warranty

This warranty is given to the initial purchaser and is valid for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser. This warranty is in effect from the date of the original sale and covers defects in material and craftsmanship found during normal single shift usage; single shift use is five (5) days a week, eight (8) hours a day. See "Applicable Warranty Periods" below.

Products covered by this warranty will be either repaired or replaced at VIA's discretion. Product repair or replacement of any defective part is the customer's exclusive remedy for any and all product defects. Labor is not included. VIA accepts no other responsibilities or liabilities. Only these items free of misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, unauthorized repair, or damage by fire, flood or other acts of God will be covered. This warranty applies to all VIA products manufactured after June 1, 2004.

Applicable Warranty Periods
  • All foam cushions, structural components, and non-moving parts are warranted for life.
  • Adjustable arms, pneumatic cylinders, and casters are warranted for ten (10) years.
  • Seating mechanisms (i.e. adjustment controls) and stack chairs (Cali and Camden) are warranted for six (6) years
  • The performance of VIA's in-stock fabrics and leathers are warranted against defects for two (2) years.
  • Swopper is warranted for five (5) years.

Warranty Exceptions
  • Normal wear, fading, and COM/COL are not covered under this warranty.
  • VIA does not warrant the matching of colors, patterns, or dye lots, except to within commercially acceptable standards.
  • Schukra, Air Lumbar and all electronic components are warranted for one (1) year form the date of purchase.
  • Both the 8-Motor Relaxor Massage System and the Air Lumbar Support system are warranted for one (1) year.
  • Batteries have no warranty and must be replaced periodically.
  • Custom products have no warranty.
  • Warranties that will cover multiple shifts (for use that exceeds 8 hours per day) are available for all VIA products. Please contact the VIA customer service department for details on multiple shift warranties.

Fabric, Leather & Wood Variations
  • Due to natural variations in materials, furniture containing leather or wood is sold subject to normal variations and / or irregularities of color, texture and grain.
  • VIA is not responsible for slight differences in fabric color due to supplier dye lot differences on large orders or on repeat orders occurring substantially later than the original order.
Product Design
  • VIA designs and manufactures all of our products in accordance with the ANSI/BIFMA standards.
  • VIA reserves the right to make changes in design and construction or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • All dimensions noted herein are approximate and subject to slight deviation.

Limited 1 Year Warranty

Stanley Furniture warrants to retailers that the merchandise will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. STANLEY FURNITURE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Stanley Furniture's liability for defective goods is limited, at our option, to return, allowance, repair or the replacement of that merchandise at the original invoice price, which remedy will be the retailer's sole and exclusive remedy. Stanley Furniture is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of warranty or otherwise.
