How do I place an Order?
Ordering from FurnitureBuzz could not be easier!

The fastest and easiest way to order is to complete our secure Online Order Process.
  1. Simply search through our database of amazing furniture values (click here to get started).
  2. When you find an item you like, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.
  3. You will be taken to our shopping cart. From here, you can modify the number of items, continue shopping, or initiate the check out process.  You can always remove items later if you change your mind.
  4. The shopping cart will request the zip code where the item(s) will be shipped.  We use this information to calculate tax and shipping costs.
  5. Click [Checkout] and the site will guide you through the checkout process.
  6. Your order will be processed and your items shipped in accordance with the time lines outlined for each item.  As you know, shipping times can vary greatly.  We will contact you by email if there are any known delays in the processing of your order.

We will, of course, also be more than happy to assist you by telephone if you do not desire to complete your order online.

FurnitureBuzz.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/NOVUS. To function properly, the FurnitureBuzz web site requires that your browser accept cookies.

What are cookies?

Cookies are files containing bits of text information which our server sends to your computer and visa versa (exactly like all other information you receive when surfing the net, except it is not displayed).  This allows our server to communicate with your browser and keep track of your unique shopping selections.  The text information on your cookie correlates with the unique session number assigned to you when first accessing our site.

Cookies are harmless. Cookies are small strings of text and nothing more.  They are not capable of doing anything malicious to your computer, and cannot be read by any site other than the site which originally delivered the cookie.  Cookies do not contain any information retrieved from your computer, they only contain information supplied by you regarding your specific visit to the site sending the cookie.

How we use Cookies

In order to provide our customers with the ability to effectively access our vast database of amazing furniture values, we developed our site using Microsoft's Active Server Page Technology (ASP).  One of the benefits of using ASP is that we are able to temporarily store information about your visit (i.e. items in your shopping cart...) on our server.  This is far more efficient than passing information back and forth over the internet between our server and your browser.

To keep track of your selections and items, a unique session number is assigned every time you access our site.  Then, by using cookies, ASP keeps track of the selections you've made and items you have added to your shopping cart based on the unique session number assigned to you.

Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax unless your merchandise is shipped to Georgia.

How do I cancel an order
There is no charge for cancellation as long as you cancel your order before it has been produced and/or shipped. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance by calling FurnitureBuzz at 1-888-600-8457.

Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are often available for large orders. If you are considering a large order, FurnitureBuzz would like the opportunity to provide you with a specialized quote.

How will my order Ship
Orders typically ship using one of the following methods: FedEx, UPS or Common Carrier
FedEx and UPS
FedEx or UPS will deliver your merchandise to your home or business and place it at the front area/front door of your office or home. Since FedEx and UPS both have weight and size restrictions, heavy and/or oversized orders are shipped via common carrier.
Common Carrier - Curbside Delivery
Curbside Delivery is the default carrier shipping option for FurnitureBuzz orders. You will be responsible for getting the furniture cartons from the back of the truck into your home or office. Keep in mind that you may need more than one person to help you unload large and/or heavy furniture from the back of the truck. (Note: the truck driver will usually have a dolly that you can use to wheel the furniture cartons from the semi-trailer to your front door). The trucking company will usually call you on the phone to arrange for a delivery appointment. When calling you, the trucking company itself might offer you additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house such as their inside delivery service or liftgate option. You would be responsible for paying the trucking company directly for any of these additional services.
Common Carrier - Threshold Delivery
Threshold delivery is an upgrade option. This service provides a two-man delivery team, to inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage this means the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage the product will be left in your front entrance, mudroom, etc. If you live in an apartment building or condo the product will be carried up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us. The product will be left in the original packaging.
Common Carrier - White Glove Gold Delivery
White Glove Gold delivery is an upgrade option. White Glove Gold delivery service provides a two-man delivery team to place your purchase inside your residence in the room of your choice. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4 - 15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
Common Carrier - White Glove Platinum Delivery
White Glove Platinum delivery is an upgrade option. This service provides a two-man delivery team to place your purchase inside your residence in the room of your choice. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.

When will my order Ship
We try our best to get orders shipped from our warehouses within 2-3 business days. Items that do not ship that quickly are identified as such on the description page of that item. For example, the item might indicate "Ships in 7 days."
Shipping time also depends on your proximity to the warehouse the merchandise shipped from. As shipping times do vary greatly, please allow adequate time for delivery before contacting our customer service department.

Shipping to a PO Box, APO or FPO address
Unfortunately, none of the shipping companies used by FurnitureBuzz deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. As a result, we do not ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses at this time
